We are a Participating Provider in a number of insurance networks, including Cigna, Assurant, Principal, Delta Premier, Dental Wellness Partners, Unicare and Maverest (which includes most Blue Cross, Met Life, Aetna, and Guardian plans. Please call us for details and to verify coverage). We are in-network providers for the PPO plans of many of the largest employers in the area, including Central DuPage Hospital and Menards.

In order to provide the highest quality care on a sound basis, we have developed convenient payment options for you to choose. Prior to the commencement of treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you. We will work with you and your insurance carrier to help you sort through the often confusing world of dental insurance, and help you to maximize your insurance benefits. Our office accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Care Credit or Citi Health Card may also be options for you. These plans act as a line of credit that is used solely for health care, and allows you to spread payment over 12 months without interest, or up to 4 years with interest.
